Any suggestions for content are welcomed and you can email updated programmes for any of the regular activities and groups direct to the webmaster - please call Richard on 0845 158 8618 and leave a message and he will call you with an appropriate email address you may use for this purpose (thus keeping the spammers at bay).
You can email your programme either as a pdf or as a Microsoft Word document (versions up to and including Word 2007). If you have any images you would like to submit, then these can be submitted as jpegs. If you have any other forms of media that you would like us to use, then please ask.
